Earn While You Learn Program009-800

Come in for weekly appointments and choose lessons that cover a wide range of topics including what to expect throughout the various stages of your pregnancy, labor and delivery, breastfeeding, caring for your newborn, the emotional needs of your baby and many more topics. There are over 50 lesson topics from which to choose.

You will meet with peer consultants who can answer questions, assist in providing information about community resources available for your needs, and share in the journey of your pregnancy. Men can participate in the regular program plus father-to-father mentoring is also available.

With each lesson you will earn PRC Baby Bucks that you can spend in the PRC Boutique.

When can you start the program? You can start the program anytime during your pregnancy or during your child's first year of life. It is never too late to begin!

Distance Learning Program

This program is similar to the Earn While You Learn Program, but is designed for those who cannot make it to the PRC for regular lessons. An initial visit is required to sign up for the program. Program materials are then provided to you. If you have access to the internet, videos and other additional materials are also available for you. You would receive weekly phone calls with a consultant to go over any questions you might have from the lesson. As you work your way through the program lessons, your phone mentor will keep track of the Baby Bucks you are earning. When you have an opportunity, you can then come to the PRC Boutique to shop with your Baby Bucks.
